Power pop from Austin, Texas. The band changed its name to Wheel Local 404 after receiving a legal complaint from another band named Wheel in Los Angeles. The group went on hiatus in 1999 but as of 2019 the members have started playing together as Wheel and releasing new material via Bandcamp.
