M-71

M-71 is a Copenhagen based drum and bass DJ and producer. M-71's heart belongs to drum and bass, jungle and trance, yet his production journey has explored new sonics, consisting of breakbeats, especially at a slower tempo than jungle and drum and bass, which traditionally reach over 160 bpm. His productions take direct inspiration from drum techniques in the jungle, but vary between 120-140 bpm, where each individual percussive element gets its time and place in the mix.
