Charles F. Campbell

Manager, promoter, producer and proprietor of Minneapolis, Minnesota, record label Shadow Records (17). Known also as Charlie Campbell and Charlie "Woodchuck" Campbell. Graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 1965, traveled to California, and learned the psychedelic light show trade. Returned to Minnesota and started a light show group, Community News, with his brother and two others, circa 1967. In the 1970s, became a venue developer and promoter. Ran Shadow Records (17) label in 1970s-1980s. Inducted into the Minnesota Blues Hall of Fame in 2013 for "Non-Performer Supportive of the Blues."
