Simpkins

Simpkins (f.d Drums In Minor) var ett popband från Göteborg 1988-1995, ett i den långa raden unga svenska garagerockband från början av 90-talet. Simpkins spelade in tre album, varav två utgavs på Göteborgsetiketten Sunspot records med EMI publishing som förläggare.1994 licensierades bandet till Snap records för utlandsmarknaden. Lanseringen blev dock inte långvarig, då MNW avvecklade Snap records året därpå. Simpkins (formerly Drums In Minor) was a pop band from Gothenburg 1988-1995, one of the long line of young Swedish garage rock bands from the early 90's. Simpkins recorded three albums, two of which were released on the Gothenburg label Sunspot records with EMI publishing as publisher. In 1994, the band was licensed to Snap records for the foreign market. However, the launch was not long-lasting, as MNW wound up Snap records the following year.
