Svante Drake

Swedish musician, born April 21, 1964. He is one of Sweden's foremost mouth drummers, which means that he can produce true-to-life drum sounds with his mouth. He participates in the a cappella group Voice Boys and is currently in the theater group Varieté Velociped. He began his career as a professional musician in the group Hot Soup, together with Pelle Blom, Mats Grundström and Janne Åström, in 1992. Hot Soup toured extensively until 1997, when the group was put on ice after three recorded records. Svante has been a drummer in the band Medborgarna since 1999. Participated in R.E.A. (Roligt Elakt Aktuellt).
