Swedish musician, entertainer, writer and cultural worker in Gothenburg, born on April 22, 1969. As a singer and songwriter, he is mainly seen in his own band Uncas Tribe, but also in the Dylan band The Zimmerband and together with harmonica player Martin Oldsberg in the duo Uncas & den Andre. Since 2013, he also puts on his own Christmas show Another Side of Christmas in December every year. He was for many years connected to the free scene Atalante in Gothenburg. There he had assignments as both an artist and a musician, but also as a program maker, conversation leader and documenter. In 2006-2009 he was one of the editors for the Scenarkivet, a web-based project to document the long-term activities at the Swedish dance stages Moderna Dansteatern, Atalante and Dansstationen. In the late 1990s, he was one of the editors of the cultural magazine Presens. As a freelance cultural worker, he has, among other things, carried out documentation assignments for the city of Gothenburg, the Västra Götaland region and the foundation Framtidens Kultur. As a freelance writer and lyricist, he has written everything from articles for Danstidningen to hard rock lyrics. He is also active in Creativity Unlimited, which in recent years has carried out a number of art projects in Gothenburg. He has a degree in political science, and was awarded the City of Gothenburg's cultural grant in 2008. In the justification were, among other things, the encouraging words: "Sometimes you can hear him sing his own ingenious Gothenburg couplets in the spirit of Karl Gerhard."
