Baila Nova, with Laura Vall's vocals, delivers a fresh musical perspective that surrounds the audience with a mix of power, beauty, and good vibes. Baila Nova’s Brazilian staples are unmistakable: they are an authentic, warm and stylish messenger from Brazil, but with a voice of their own. They are a worldly quartet themselves, with roots in Spain, Denmark and the USA. After their first European tour in the summer of 2023, Baila Nova came into existence. The band, until then known as NOVA, decided it needed a new name to reflect the new direction the music was taking, adding more lively and dancey Latin grooves to the mellow classic Bossa Nova.
