I K Sega

Frank "Frankie" Brown, Jr. (born June 1, 1989), better known as I K Sega (pronounced "Eye K Sega"), is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur. The Winchester TN native made his live stage debut in Las Vegas, NV in April of 2010 with the release of his debut R&B album, Redemption. I K would further his music career with the releases of Pop singles and his second & third albums, sequels to the Redemption storyline, PsyKosiS (2014), an Underground Experimental Hip Hop album that takes place following the events of Redemption in an alternate dimension and psyche of Sega, whereas his third album, Inconceivable (2019), is a self-produced instrumental album that was originally set to be released with vocal recordings to continue the storyline, however, due to a dispute resulted in the album’s instrumental release. Following this event, I K would release his next single: Flowin' [Recover] (2022), and instrumental EP Perceptions (2022). His stage name, formerly spelled Aika (love song) and Sega (stories told for generations) originated from his love of hip-hop and Japanese culture, however, upon studying the etymology of the name and cultures experienced, and receiving the nickname "Sega", Brown later applied a deeper meaning to the name, claiming that it stands for I (the self that we all identify as so that we share a connection) K(karat gold because the soul that the eye identifies as I is golden compare that to the phrase beauty is in the EYE of the beholder) so I am saying that I AM Golden/Pure Gold and because of this luminescence I'll be ok for this intuition & knowing of the soul/spirit leads to Sega: (Afrikan dance) If I had to describe my music to someone that has never heard of me before I'd say: "The artists who inspired me created the artist that I am with how I view their lifestyle and what gives them their what makes them who they are...It's the: Wild Confidence, Mogul Mentality, Memorable Way of Expression during an era (trendsetting), AutoTune creativity, Speed & Independence, Metaphors & Greatness doubled, Wisdom, Stand Out Raw Talent, Mask on let's get it done, & feeling the music that moves you to dance" blend with hints of allow me to touch on real life, spirituality, and the money game while sung in a crooning manner and rapped with intellectual concepts, storytelling elements + metaphorical lyricism or "saying what is meant directly", and delivered over genres: R&B, Hip Hop, Pop
