Jean-Michel Bardet

French singer, trombone and sackbut player, born 17 November 1964 in Briançon. Member of the brass Quatuor Aria, additional musician of the National Orchestra of Lyon. He participated in the creation of the Ensemble La Fenice and usually plays with The Sacqueboutiers of Toulouse, Hespèrion XXI and Concerto Köln. He was ordained a catholic priest in 1997. Between 1997 and 2007, he played trombone with the symphony orchestra Opus 05. In 2010 he took part of the project "Les Prêtres" in order to finance the construction of a church.
