Josh Horton (4)

Singer-songwriter, guitarist and session musician from Florida. Horton began his musical career at age 11 with show band the Fabulous Showstoppers and as a teenager played guitar in bands including Nemesis, Fear Not, and The Groove Altar. He moved to Tampa Bay at age 20, where he joined swing-rock band The Swingin’ Mooks. The band then reinvented themselves as funk-influenced rock band The Saturn 5. After The Saturn 5, Horton has played as a solo acoustic act as well fronting his own bands The Groove Altar and The Josh Horton Project and playing as a sideman in Tampa area bands Joey Dee and The Starliters, Velvet Jones, The Rhythm Method, and The Mooks. Now based on the Treasure Coast, he plays solo shows and fronts the trio Horton And The Good Noise.
