Slim Lidén

Swedish musician, mainly in folk music, and working with drug prevention, born 14 September 1944 in Bromma. From 1966, Lidén was a member of the music groups Diddlers, Freedom Singers, Låt & Trall, Arbetets söner & döttrar and Opponer. He also participated in the music project Tillsammans (2). In 1984, with the support of the insurance company Folksam, the musical album Rysk roulett was released on which various artists performed songs with lyrics, written by Lidén, which warned against drugs. He is the founder and union secretary of the Swedish Federation SMART, a network for everyone who works early tobacco / drug prevention with the help of positive reinforcement and individual contracts (the contract method) for young people. In 2013, he was named Preventer of the Year by the Central Association for Alcohol and Drug Information (CAN).
