Jack McMahon (4)

American singer-songwriter and guitarist, currently based in Portland, Oregon. Began career in Greenwich Village, New York, was an opening act for Bruce Springsteen and Steely Dan. Was the preferred demo singer of Gerry Goffin. Began writing songs in early 1970s, and recorded for Columbia Records. Relocated to the Oregon after Columbia contract expired. Continued to perform and record, first releasing an album for Encore Records in 1983.
