(Born: 14 October 1976 - Died: 14 August 2022) was a Kwaito artist from South Africa. Tokollo "Magesh" Tshabalala is one of kwaito's most renowned musicians, famously known for his songwriting and being a member of TKZee. Son of soccer coach Stanley "Screamer" Tshabalala. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree as both express their extravagant impressions into their works. His career began at Mashamplani, which he shortly left along with S'bu due to royalty disputes. He formed TKZee along with school friends, Kabelo Mabalane and Zwai Bala in 1996 and released their debut EP "Take It Eezy". Despite it being a commercial failure, they kept pushing until they dropped "Palafala", which was met with huge success. The group followed with more works such as "Shibobo" and "Halloween". As they began to disband in the early 2000s, Magesh kept going in the venture as a solo artist and released his debut album "Ndabezitha" with the hit "Ndlovu Iyangena". The album sold well and he followed with "Gusheshe". After floating on the genre, as collaborating with other artists such Mandoza and Kabelo on "All In One" in 2002, he eventually dropped a compilation album with his hits and returned with the album "The Longest Time" in 2007. He made his comeback with TKZee in 2009 with "Coming Home". His recent work was an album called "Heist" in 2012.
