Caged View

Based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and born out of a creative surge during the height of the Pandemic, Caged View is a band very much rooted in hardcore but also explores sounds that often align with the genre. The band describes their sound as "a little hardcore, a little punk, and a little rock"; but it may be easier to just call them Post-Hardcore in the most traditional sense. Made up of former members of Northern California bands such as Allegiance, Embrace The End, Some Still Believe, Beneath The Ashes, Skin Like Iron, Lies, and, Set Your Goals; however, Caged View might have more in common with the bands that they are influenced by, such as Quicksand, Fugazi, Helmet, Hum, Into Another, Turning Point, and even early-Jawbreaker.
