Hubert Davis

From Shelby, North Carolina (same hometown as Earl Scruggs; they grew up together.) Former banjo player for Bill Monroe's Blue Grass Boys. Originally learned to play banjo left-handed; then switched to become one of the best right-handed pickers of his generation. Until his death in May of 1992, he performed with his band The Season Travelers at his own bluegrass night club in Nashville called "The Bluegrass Inn".
