"No evening would be complete at the Emerald Beach without the genial and highly versatile entertainer, Frank Gallagher. Frank, the entertainment director of the hotel, acts as master of ceremonies for the evening shows, lending his own fine singing voice to the great rhythmic accompaniment of the Emerald Beach Orchestra. The brings to the Emerald Beach a wealth of entertainment background, having co-starred with Carmen Cavallaro in his own radio show for the Shaeffer Pen Co., and having made many television appearances with such personalities as Jack Lescoulie, Arlene Francis, and Paul Whiteman. Three of Frank's own compositions appear in [Goombay at the Emerald Beach], proving that he is also a talented songwriter."
