Art director, designer & photographer. Graduated from California College of Arts and Crafts (now California College of the Arts), moved to New York City and began his album cover design career in 1959, becoming an art director at CBS/Columbia Records. Do not use for songwriting or performance credits. Born 1929 in Walnut Grove, CA. Died October 18, 2008 in Ossining, NY.
