Stage name adopted by Δημήτρης Βασιλάκης, just before the 1984 release of the Art Of Parties' first (and eventually last) release with Creep Records (2): Last Time / Central Room. The name change was made in hopes of "blending in" during an upcoming label-hunting trip to London, England. Δημήτρης and his brother, Παντελής Βασιλάκης (Andy for this release), did end up having one meeting with A&R staff at Island Records, who were surprised at how non-Greek the names of these clearly Greek-sounding brothers were... The single with Creep was the only work by the band, or by any of the three members who were "anglicized," that used these names (Θανάσης Οικονόμου was Adam for this release - Κώστας Κυριακίδης was, wisely, Costas). Δημήτρης continued mainly as Dimitrios Vassilakis, Παντελής as Pantelis Vassilakis, and Θανάσης as Athanassios Economou.
