Bill Collins AKA Costs Collins was in his Fathers group, the Mickey Collins Orchestra. Collins gigged with many Philadelphia R&B groupings. Collins then developed a pastime playing bass during this time period, so he made a decision to create his personal combo and fill up the role from the bassist himself. The multi-instrumentalist and bandleader authorised a coup with Playboy through the 1970's when the organisation had a string of night clubs spread around the United States. The brand new Collins music group played every one of the “Bunny” night clubs. Tonee (His sister's stage name), reportedly not really putting on bunny ears, lured her sibling for the "Collins & Collins" sessions, which attracted the interest of A&M. One self-titled LP arrived. Around 1982, Collins became a member of the Lester Lannin Orchestra based out of New York and began touring on a global basis. Collins was the show’s vocalist. In the ensuing 10 years Collins befriended Monte Carlo royalty and played personal gigs. This lifestyle, combined with period of servitude to Hugh Hefner, placed him in the way of thinking to begin composing songs. By the 1990s, complete albums of his initial tunes begun to show up. In addition Bill has done session function every once in a while for other performers, including both history vocals and drums. In 2002 he started playing in the 16-piece Joe Sudler Golf swing Machine, a Philadelphia jazz big music group.
