Peter Cook was a blind pianist singer based in London. It just so happened by the time he released his debut single with Joe Meek, Peter Cook - the comedian - had just begun to become nationally known in the wake of the success of the first series of "Not Only But Also." He changed his name to Peter London for the second disc.
