Patrick Troughton

Patrick Troughton (born 25 March 1920, Mill Hill, Middlesex, England - died 28 March 1987, Columbus, Georgia, USA) was an English actor. He became best known for his role as the second incarnation of the "Doctor" in the British science-fiction television series Doctor Who, which he played from 1966 to 1969. Father of David Troughton.
