Об исполнителе:
Ševko Akšamija (1941-1993) was co-founder and bass guitarist of the band Indexi from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia in the period from 1962 to 1965. He was also the leader of the short-lived Indexi II group in 1966. After 1970 he left the music business and worked in the sector of civil aviation. When Indexi started in 1962 it was impossible to get manufactured electric guitars in Sarajevo, so Akšamija is credited to have made electric pickups on acoustic guitars thus converting them to electric ones. He is also famous as the first rock and roll musician in Sarajevo who purchased an original, manufactured electric bass guitar, the German model Framus Star Bass in 1962.
