Swedish rock singer, best known as a member of the band Rednex (under the pseudonym Dagger), born May 3, 1968 in Kiruna. Sandberg's musical career started in 1985 in the hard rock band Arch, which in 1987 went to the finals in the Rock-SM. In this competition Sandberg won the prize as best singer, but despite this success the band was disbanded two years later, in 1989. In 1990, Sandberg won the Swedish Championships in karaoke with Bon Jovi's song Living on a Prayer. He was then in 1991 and 1992 active in a Norwegian band, "Why For You" and 1994-1995 in the Europop project Accagas from Norrland, Accagas released the single I'm Alive which was on the official CD for the world championships in athletics 1995 at Ullevi in Gothenburg. In 1996, he participated in a nationwide competition for Swedish Elvis Copies with the song Can't help Falling in Love and came in second place. From 1996 to 1998, Sandberg participated in a new Europop project called Approx, where he participated and sang on the single High Level, which was released in 1998. In 2001, Sandberg became a member of Rednex and participated in the singles The Chase and Cotton Eye Joe in 2002 and the full-length album The Best of the West before leaving the band in 2006. In 2003, while in Rednex, he also released the single Thanks for Loving Me with the Russian project Tourex; the song is included on several Russian compilation albums and became a minor hit in Russia. From the turn of the year 2008/2009, Sandberg is again in Rednex and has participated in the single Devil's on the Loose which Rednex released for free on Piratebay.
