The Gaylettes (2)

The Gaylettes was a name in the middle sixties for a group of 4 young ladies that were attending Cheyney State College (now Cheyney University of PA). Their name was then changed to Pure Soles. Their manager was Jesse James and they recorded several records of which, "Heartaches, I Can't Take" and I'm Falling in Love for the First Time", were two of them. They also performed at local venues in the Philadelphia area, including the HyLit Show.
