"Raised in the Flemingdon Park neighbourhood of Toronto, JB got his start at age 13 performing on stage at the O’Keefe Center (now The Sony Center). Since that time he has performed in venues large and small all over Canada, touring with the likes of The Game and Juelz Santana. In 2008 he was nominated for a Much Music Video Award for his single Fire in Ya Eyes, featuring The Game. He followed this up with another nomination in 2009 for the single Move Your Body, featuring Ghetto Flex."
