'El Remolón' is a project where Andres Schteingart (a.k.a Drole), its creator, dives into the eccentricity of local electronic music to mix it with Latin American sounds by using all the resources that electronic music can offer. His songs are influenced by various genres ranging from Colombian Cumbia, Cumbia Villera (Cumbia from the slums of Buenos Aires), and reggaeton to dub, idm, and minimal. The resulting sounds create a cadence that is, at times, hypnotic and crazy, inviting you to enjoy it by dancing rather intensely.
