EVA is a band from the west of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Formed in 1999 by - Kristoffer Joseph - Migue Castro and Ricka Castro. Currently the band's line up is Jonathan Ciancio on vocals and programming, Low Eva on bass, on lead guitar and programming, Pablo Pereyra on guitar and Ricka Castro on drums. In his many years of experience, the band has shared shows with many local bands and opened for international acts such as Rob Zombie, Paradise Lost, In Extremo, Tristania, Theatre Of Tragedy, Shadows Fall, Katatonia and Lacrimosa. The band releases a demo tape ("The Ties That Bind Us") recorded in 2000, an EP ("... and Days Go By") recorded in 2006 and two promo CDs (2008 and 2009) In 2010 EVA releases its first full-length album called "Esperando El Amanecer" edited by Icarus Music. This was recorded on Kirkincho Records by Jorge Moreno (Serpentor) and mixed and mastered by J. Moreno and Migue Castro. It also has the collaboration of Billy SMK (Chrisallys) on vocal production. The sound of EVA could be defined as a great mix of bands from the 80's like The Cure or Depeche Mode and bands like Paradise Lost, Katatonia, Sentenced. Since the release of "Esperando El Amanecer" EVA shares stage with bands such as Lacrimosa including a small National tour. In the beginning of 2011 EVA supports Katatonia then, in March they release the video clip for the single "Let me fall". During the year 2012 EVA continues to play throughout the country and in November they play their first international show at HELL FEST in Uruguay. Later that month they release the clip for "Mis Manos Preparadas"
