St. Louis, Missouri jazz quartet active during the mid 1960's as the house band at the Upstream Lounge until Gale Belle was replaced by Eddie Fritz (3) in 1965. Eddie would change the name of the group to the Upstream Jazz Quartet with the other three members remaining.
