US-American radio presenter and engineer. Most notably hosted the "Noise from Neville" program on WRIU 90.3 FM (University of Rhode Island) which ran from 1982 until the early 1990s. Bedford solicited tapes and recorded live in-studio performances by, among others, Throwing Muses, Neutral Nation and Roger Miller.
