Tongan musician. With George Tui'nukuafe and Paul Kaho, he was an original member of the Korolevu Serenaders Trio . He played on the "" single that was released on the Tapa and Viking labels in 1960. Bailey was also a bandleader. Renowned Fijian composer, Eremasi Cama Tamanisau would join Bailey's group on stage and afterwards relax on the beach having a few drinks.
