Arnold Safroni Middleton

Surname for W.H. Myddleton used during composing marches. The most enduring of these marches was "Imperial Echoes," which was once the signature tune of Radio Newsreel and the Empire Service of the BBC. He also composed other marches under this surname: "Imperial March Chimes," "Sierra Leone March" (1907), "By Imperial Command" (1920), and "Call of the Empire" (1939).
