Nelson was previously the vice president of urban A&R at Atlantic Records, overseeing the talents of T.I., Twista, Brandy (2), B Rich, Trick Daddy, B.o.B, Philly's Most Wanted, Lil' Kim, Bad Boy Records, Plies, Trina, Meek Mill, Flo Rida, Trey Songz and Wiz Khalifa.
