Japanese hard rock / heavy metal band from Okazaki city, Aichi. Active from 1983 and 1987, reformed in 2005. Nova was formed by Sadao Watanabe, Takashi O'Hashi (Seikima-II, Cats In Boots, Slumlords), Yasuhiro Hatae (Cats In Boots) and Yoshiaki Ōsuga (ex-Crowley) while they all were still in high school. O'Hashi left the band in 1985 to go to college in Tokyo, then joined 聖飢魔Ⅱ (Seikima-Ⅱ) during the same year. Some of the early Seikima-Ⅱ songs like "Fire After Fire", "Aphrodite" and "Death Land" were written by O'Hashi and they were originally played by Nova. < 1983 - 1985 > Vo. Sadao Watanabe Gu.
