St Vincent De Paul

Vincent de Paul or Vincent Depaul, born in the village of Pouy near Dax on April 24, 1581, and died on September 27, 1660 in Paris, is a figure of the spiritual and apostolic renewal of 17th century French Catholicism. A priest and founder of congregations, he worked throughout his life to relieve material and moral misery.
