Mark Williams (16)

Trombonist, Composer, Educator, Producer. Born to Guyanese parents, Williams grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where his skills were honed through gospel, jazz, classical, hip hop and Caribbean music. Mark has shared the stage with some of the brightest stars in music, including: Benny Golson, John Legend, Salt-n-Pepa, Doug E. Fresh, Fred Wesley, Vanessa Williams, Ledesi, Yuseff Latif, Marcus Miller, Gerald Wilson, and K.D. Lang. In addition to performing as a sideman, Mark continues to compose, arrange and perform with his own quintet.
