Ruhan Kapoor

Ruhan Kapoor was born into a musical family in India and being the son of the singing legend Mahendra Kapoor, had the privilege to wake each morning to the melodious sounds of Indian Classical Music. He started learning classical music at the young age of nine from Pandit Tulsidaas Sharma, Ustad Chote Iqbal, Ustad Anwar Hussain & Pandit Murli Manohar Shukla, who all belong to different Gharanas (family) of Indian Classical Music. Ruhan has released Pop Albums including “Ishq Rab Ki Dua”, “Oh My Darling”, “Dil Tera Diwana” . He has sung for several Bhajan Albums with his father for companies in Holland & the US. He has toured the entire world singing on stage with his father and has performed numerous times in the UK, Canada, Paris, South Africa, Mauritius and Australia. This has allowed him to work in the world’s foremost prestigious venues including, The Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Hall, The Centre, Shrine Auditorium and The Sun City Auditorium Emirates Auditorium, along with many more. Ruhan lives in Mumbai.
