Luis Torrejón

Chilean engineer born in Valparaíso, 1936. He moved to Santiago when he was 22 to work with Estudios RCA Victor, Chile and soon turned into Chile's main sound engineer. He has recorded more than 11,000 LPs since 1959, most of them on Estudios RCA Victor, Chile, Estudios Instac and Estudios Splendid. In the 90s he founded Torrejón Estudio. He has recorded artists as Violeta Parra, Víctor Jara, Pablo Neruda, Quilapayún, Los Ramblers, Margot Loyola, Los Mac's etc. He was awarded with a Premio Pulsar in 2021.
