Ms. Francis works for KGW, News Channel 8, in Portland, Oregon. She interviewed Jonathon Ware at the Waterfront Village during the Rose Festival, where she asked him "so, what do you think?" To this he replied "I like turtles." She was at a loss for words, and that was the end of the clip.
