EMI Noise

Was a joint venture 1989 -1991 between the German EMI and Noise (3) for the four bands [a252425], Running Wild, Celtic Frost, and [a1898893]. The label deal was short-lived, because the management of [a252425] decided unilaterally to have the group put under contract directly with the English EMI. The subsequent altogether 16 lawsuits where decided by the German courts in favor of Noise (3) and settled out of court after a two year legal battle.
